ANMN CAAL Ignite Grant Kick-Off Workshop Summary
On Sunday, September 21, 2025, ANMN held a successful and engaging half-day CAAL Ignite Grant Kick-Off Workshop with participation from board members and organizational leaders. The workshop began with the Grant Committee presenting an overview of the CAAL Ignite Grant, followed by a ANMN onboarding practices by the President.

Throughout the workshop, several key topics were discussed and clarified. Following the presentations, participants formed two working groups to review and assess ANMN’s foundational documents:
- By-laws, Policy, and Handbook Review Group
- Onboarding Process Group

Discussion points were captured on posters and partially recorded. These insights will be compiled, summarized, and shared with the group as the project progresses.

ANMN is one of the twenty recipients of the CAAL Ignite Grant. The broader CAAL cohort kick-off event took place earlier on Friday, May 30, 2025, where Roshani Dahal, ANMN’s grant lead, and the Grant Committee Chair attended on behalf of the organization.
