Minnesota Nepali Community Townhall Meeting

Dear Community Members,

Years ago, we shared a vision of establishing our own community center in Minnesota—a dedicated home where our families and friends can gather, celebrate our culture, host programs, and strengthen community ties. We named this initiative the Minnesota Nepali Community Center (MNCC).

While initial groundwork was laid and preliminary funds were raised, progress stalled—particularly in the aftermath of the 2015 earthquake. Over the years, we have explored various models and strategies, but a project on this scale requires a dedicated, committed core team to sustain momentum.

To reignite our efforts, we recently revised ANMN bylaws (https://anmn.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/ANMN-Bylaws-2026.pdf) to clarify MNCC structure within ANMN. We invite all of you to join us in reviewing MNCC’scurrent status discussing next steps, and our plan to form a strong leadership team to carry this vision forward.
